Refund policy

🛍️ Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Aadya Moda


At Aadya Moda, we craft each piece with care using organic and sustainable fabrics. As a conscious brand with made-to-order and limited stock items, we have a transparent and simple policy:

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
  • To be eligible, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving the product, along with clear photos.
  • Once approved, you may choose a replacement or a refund.
  • Exchange products will be delivered within 10–15 working days from the date of approval.
  • We do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind, especially for made-to-order sizes like XS, XL, XXL.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

🌍 For International Customers

  • International orders are also eligible for refunds or replacements only in case of defects or wrong items received.
  • In such cases, the customer must share images/videos within 3 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs for international orders are to be borne by the customer, unless the error is on our part.
  • We are unable to offer size-based exchanges or cancellations after dispatch on international orders.

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • After that, since most products are made-to-order, cancellation may not be possible.
